Meet Our Staff
Agnes - Office Manager (South Philadelphia)
Agnes joined our practice in 2012. She came to us with a dental assisting diploma from CHI Institute. She has some general dentistry experience as well. Agnes is currently our Implant/Clinical coordinator for our South Philadelphia office.
Heather - Surgical Assistant
Heather is a 2005 graduate from St. Maria Goretti High School. She continued her education at Camden County Technical Institute. She graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant. Heather has extensive experience in general dentistry. She also attended numerous continuing education courses on implants. Her dedication to the practice has made her a valuable asset to us.
Jessica - Surgical Assistant
Jessica joined our practice with a dental assisting diploma from Main Line School of Dental Assisting. Her energetic personality and drive to help people has made her a true asset to our company. Besides being hard working she has completed numerous continuing education courses on dental implants and even completed an anesthesiology course for assistants. Many of our surgical assistants have been lucky enough to be trained by her as well.
Korie - Surgical Assistant
Korie joined our practice in 2011. She graduated from Garnet Valley High School. She then went on to get her dental assisting diploma from Allstate Career School. Korie has extensive experience in pediatric, general dentistry in addition to oral surgery.
Lauren - Surgical Assistant /Receptionist
Lauren graduated from St. Maria Goretti High School in South Philadelphia in 2002. She has been working with us ever since. With all the experience Lauren has gained by working with us she is an excellent surgical assistant and an exceptional receptionist.
Marie - Office Manager (Clifton Heights)
Marie is a native from Delaware County. She has been in the oral surgery field for over 15 years. She handles everything from inventory to maintenance in our Clifton Heights office. Marie has been one of the pillars to our office. When Marie is not in the office she likes to garden and bake/cook.
Rafaela - Head Implant & Clinical Coordinator
Rafaela comes to us from Romania. Since planting her roots here in the States, she attended dental assisting school in Georgia. Rafaela is the clinical coordinator for our South Philadelphia and Center City locations. She handles all the ordering and maintenance for the offices. Rafaela has attended numerous continuing education seminars given by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is also a member of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. On her spare time she likes to travel and spend time with her daughter.
Susan - Office Manager (Folsom)
Susan graduated from Delaware County Community College with a Dental Assisting diploma. Susan started with the practice as a surgical assistant and has been promoted to implant/clinical coordinator in our Folsom location due to her eagerness in wanting to help people. In Susan's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Anna B - Patient Coordinator
Anna graduated from GAMP in South Philadelphia. She joined our practice in 2011. She is the main receptionist in our Center City location. She does all the scheduling and handles the registration process for our patients. When Anna is away from the office she stays active in the community with softball and she is a diehard Phillies fan.
Beth - Receptionist
Beth graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School. She has been working in the oral surgery field since 1997. Beth works mainly in our Folsom and Clifton Heights locations. When calling either one of these locations I am sure Beth will be able to find the right appointment that works around your busy schedule. Beth's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends. Beth also enjoys reading in her spare time.
Lynne - Patient Coordinator
Lynne is our main receptionist in our Clifton Heights location. She handles most of the scheduling and patient registration. Lynne has a business degree in Patient Services from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Her hobbies include swimming, weight training and reading.
Shannon - Receptionist
Shannon graduated from Main Line School of Dental Assisting. She joined our practice in 2010. Shannon does patient registration in all 4 of our locations. When Shannon is not working hard at the office she enjoys spending time with her family.
Sue - Receptionist
Sue was born and raised in Folsom, Pennsylvania where she graduated from Ridley High School. She has been in the dental field for the past 30 years. Sue is so well known in our office that every patient and every dental office in the area calls and asks for her. Whenever needed Sue will gladly throw on a pair of scrubs and assist with surgeries. Whenever Sue is not at the office she likes to stay active in her church.
Joan - Billing Coordinator
Joan is a native of Delaware County. She has been in the billing field for the last 10 years. She works mainly out of our Folsom office. Joan has attended numerous continuing education seminars so she can be up-to-date on billing and coding. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Ronnie - Scheduling Coordinator
Ronnie graduated from St. Maria Goretti High School in South Philadelphia. She was previously employed as a teaching assistant with The School District of Philadelphia. Ronnie handles all of the pre-determinations for the South Philadelphia and Clifton Heights office. When Ronnie is not in the office she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Michaela - Office Administrator
Michaela attended the University of National and World Economics in Sofia, Bulgaria where she is from originally. Michaela's role as our office manager includes overseeing all aspects of our four locations. Not only does she take care of the finances for the office, she also helps with educating the staff on the latest OSHA regulations. Michaela also attended a variety of continuing education seminars that keeps her job interesting and exciting. When Michaela isn't sitting behind the desk she enjoys skiing, jogging, and cooking.
Melissa - Billing Manager
Melissa graduated from Furance High in 1998. Upon graduating she started working in the dental billing field. She oversees our dedicated billing team. Melissa's team of Billing Coordinators will make sure patient's insurance claims are submitted in a timely matter. No matter how complex the questions is, Melissa is determined to help find the right answer regarding your personal insurance plan. Melissa is always keeping herself busy by attending C.E. courses on coding, billing, customer service and even software training. Besides her passion for her job she enjoys spending time with her family.
Lisa C - Billing Coordinator
Lisa graduated from St. Maria Goretti High School. Upon graduation she attended Penn State University "Go Penn State". Lisa obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Development & Family Services. Lisa also keeps herself busy with continuing education courses on coding and billing. She recently became a Certified Professional Coder.
Lisa G - Billing Coordinator (Accounts Receivable)
Lisa is a part of our dedicated billing team. She comes to us with years of experience in the billing field. Some of Lisa's responsibilities include but are not limited to: following up on claims with insurance companies and assisting Melissa with posting insurance payments. When Lisa isn't working in the office she is spending time with her family.
Chrissy – Receptionist
Chrissy is native of South Philadelphia. She graduated from Cascia Career Center in 1987.Chrissy joined our practice in 2012 .She has been in the accounting /customer service field for over 25 years. On her spare time Chrissy enjoys spending time with her family and going to concerts.
Jackie - Surgical Assistant
Jackie graduated from Dawn Career Institute in 2012 and has been in our office ever since. On her spare time Jackie enjoys spending time with her family.
Melinda –Office Manager (Center City)
Melinda graduated from Ridley High school in 2005 and has been with us since 2009. With the proper training and Melinda's dedication she was promoted to be the implant/clinical coordinator for our Center City location. She enjoys reading, movies and spending time with her family and friends.
Marie D - Surgical Assistant
Marie graduated from CHI Institute in 2011 with as dental assisting diploma. She joined Oral Surgery Consultants of PA in 2012 as a surgical assistant. Marie enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
Jenée - Receptionist
Jenée graduated CAPA in 2006. She continued with her education at Temple University as a Communication Major. Jenée joined us in 2012 as a receptionist .She is continuing her education as a Business Management Major at the University of Phoenix. Jenée's hobbies include customizing jewelry and volunteering in her local community.
